Alliance Mediation, LLC provides comprehensive and flexible mediation services designed to address the unique needs of clients and foster lasting resolutions. We offer sessions Monday through Saturday, with options for half-day (morning session, afternoon session and evening session) or full-day appointments to accommodate even the busiest schedules.
Flexible Scheduling
Half-Day Sessions: Last up to four hours, with morning sessions from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, afternoon sessions from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and evening sessions from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Full-Day Sessions: Cover up to eight hours, typically running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended hours offered until mediation concludes.
Transparent Rates
Standard Cases: $350 per hour – Ideal for straightforward issues such as personal injury, premises liability, pre-litigated matters, and family law matters. (*Any deviations from the rate will be outlined in the hiring contract)
Complex Cases: $425 per hour – Recommended for disputes with three or more parties or intricate matters, including nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, wrongful death, commercial litigation, employment disputes, contract disputes and name image and likeness (NIL) disputes. (*Any deviations from the rate will be outlined in the hiring contract)
First-time clients are eligible for a complimentary hour of mediation services, including pre-mediation preparation, as part of our commitment to accessible conflict resolution.
Convenient Mediation Options
Mediation sessions are held virtually via Zoom or in-person, depending on client preferences. In-person mediation can take place at a client’s office, one of the client’s attorney’s offices or at a neutral location per client’s request.
